Airport / Thamesgate construction affects Brampton Transit service, starting May 24

Since Monday, November 22, 2021, Region of Peel contractors have been working on a project to replace and improve the aging water main on

  • Airport Road at Thamesgate Drive in Mississauga.

Starting Tuesday, May 24, the work zone blocks Brampton Transit bus access to stop #6091, affecting service along these routes:

  • 5A Bovaird; and
  • 30 Airport.

BT is setting up a temporary stop on Airport Road 100 metres south of the regular stop.

Water-main construction on Airport Road continues to affect BT service until further notice.
