From 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. Friday, June 3, the Region of Durham is closing
- Ritson Road North (Regional Road 16) between Adelaide Avenue East and 100 metres south of Adelaide East
in the City of Oshawa to resurface the roadway.
Durham Region Transit is detouring buses along this route, while the street is closed:
- 407 Ritson.

From 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. Friday, June 3, southbound buses operate along their regular route to Ritson Road North and Adelaide Avenue East, then detour:
westward along Adelaide East;
southward along Mary Street North; and then
eastward along William Street East to Ritson North,
resuming their regular route southward along Ritson.Southbound buses skip their regular stops
- on Ritson Road North beside #260 Ritson North and at William Street East.
Instead, southbound buses drop off or pick up passengers at a temporary stop
- on William Street East at Ritson Road North.
Northbound buses operate along their regular route.
