Starting Monday, June 13, the City of Mississauga is closing
- Elm Drive West, just west of Hurontario Street
during a construction project.
City of Mississauga is detouring buses along these routes, while the street is closed:
Construction on Elm West and the resulting MiWay detours continue until June 16.
3 Bloor
From 7 a.m. Monday, June 13 until 6 p.m. Friday, June 16, eastbound buses operate along their regular route to Kariya Gate and Burnhamthorpe Road West, then detour:
eastward along Burnhamthorpe West; and then
southward along Hurontario Street,
resuming their regular route eastward along Elm East.Eastbound buses skip their regular stops
- on Kariya Drive across from Enfield Place [north and south] and
- on Elm Drive West beyond Kariya Drive and at Hurontario Street.
Instead, eastbound buses drop off or pick up passengers at temporary stops
- on Burnhamthorpe Road West at Sussex Gate and
- on Hurontario Street at Matthews Gate.
Westbound buses reverse the eastbound detour routing.
Westbound buses skip their regular stops
- on Elm Drive West at Kariya Drive and
- on Kariya Drive at Enfield Place [north] and Burnhamthorpe Road West.
Instead, westbound buses drop off or pick up passengers at temporary stops
- on Hurontario Street at Matthews Gate and
- on Burnhamthorpe Road West at Kariya Gate.
8 Cawthra
From 7 a.m. Monday, June 13 until 6 p.m. Friday, June 16, southbound buses operate along their regular route to Kariya Gate and Burnhamthorpe Road West, then detour:
eastward along Burnhamthorpe West; and then
southward along Hurontario Street,
resuming their regular route eastward along Elm East.Southbound buses skip their regular stops
- on Kariya Drive across from Enfield Place [north and south] and
