Starting Monday, June 13, the City of Hamilton is closing
- Wilson Street East, westbound lanes, between Montgomery Drive and Old Dundas Road / Rosseaux Street
during a project to replace culverts.
The Hamilton Street Railway is detouring buses along this route, while the street is closed:
- 5C Delaware.
Construction on Wilson East and the resulting HSR detour continue until July 22.

From 9 a.m. Monday, June 13 until 6 p.m. Friday, July 22, buses operate along the regular route to Wilson Street East and Montgomery Drive, then detour:
westward along Montgomery; and then
southward along Old Dundas Road to Wilson East,
resuming their regular route eastward along Rosseaux Street.Buses skip their regular stop
- on Wilson Street East beyond Montgomery Drive.
