Starting Monday, September 12, Durham Region Transit is relocating two stops on Anderson Street, just north of Dundas Street East in Whitby.
That day, it opens two temporary stops to replace the stops on Anderson:
- Southbound stop #259: Hopkins Street just south of Dundas Street East; and
- Northbound stop #225: Hopkins Street just south of Dundas Street East.
Passengers exiting or boarding buses along this route use the temporary stops until September 30:
- Route 319.
DRT has not announced a reason why it’s relocating the stops.
