Metrolinx has scheduled construction during the next few weeks to repair parts of the asphalt driveways and bus platforms in
- the Hurontario / Highway 407 Park and Ride carpool lot.
Contractors will complete the project in two phases.
During phase 1, buses can’t access the bus terminal in the carpool lot. During phase 2, buses can access the terminal, but not from Hurontario Street.
Contractors started phase-1 construction Saturday, November 12 from 7 a.m. until 6 p.m.
They start phase-2 construction today, Monday, November 14 at 7 a.m.
Brampton Transit is detouring buses along this route, while access to the terminal from Hurontario Street is closed:
- 2 Main.
GO Transit buses along this route usually operate through the carpool lot, but GO has not yet announced detour-routing information:
- 48 Guelph / Vaughan.
GO is advising passengers:

Phase-2 construction in the carpool lot continues 7 a.m. until 6 p.m. until November 16.
Contractors resume phase-1 construction during two more Saturdays:
