- introducing the new 99 College shuttle route to provide non-stop service between Sheridan College’s Davis campus and the City Centre Transit Terminal;
- extending the 18 McLaughlin - Derry route along Derry Road East and Goreway Drive to Westwood Square Transit Terminal, replacing current service along the 42A branch of the 42 Derry route; and
- increasing the frequency of service along the 44 Mississauga Road, 57 Courtneypark, 61 Mavis and 110 University express routes.

Introducing a new route
99 College shuttle
Starting Monday, January 2, MiWay introduces new non-stop service between Sheridan College’s Davis campus and City Centre Transit Terminal.
Southbound buses leave the campus at 7:04 and 7:19 a.m. Mondays to Fridays, then proceed:
south- and eastward along Sheridan College Drive;
southward along McLaughlin Road South [Brampton] and McLaughlin Road [Mississauga];
southward along Confederation Parkway;
eastward along Rathburn Road West; and then
southward into City Centre Terminal,
ending their trips at platform F at 7:30 and 7:45 a.m.Northbound buses start their trips at platform F in City Centre Terminal at 5:15 and 5:30 p.m. Mondays to Fridays, then reverse the southbound routing. They end their trips on the campus at 5:38 and 5:53 p.m.
Cancelling a branch of a route
42A Derry
Friday, December 30 was the last day that MiWay operated buses along the short-turn 42A branch of the route Mondays to Fridays during rush hours. Instead, starting Monday, January 2, it extends the 18 McLaughlin - Derry route to replace the branch, offering passengers extra rush-hour service along the route at stops east of Derry Road West / McLaughlin Road.
While most route 42 passengers continue to benefit from more service due to this service change, passengers at some stops receive less service.
MiWay is also adjusting the schedules for buses along the route.
Increasing service along routes
107 Malton express
Holiday service ends and regular service resumes.
Since more passengers travel to and from Humber College’s North campus during winter and spring, MiWay again extends the path so that buses start and end trips in Humber College Terminal.
MiWay is also increasing the frequency of service along the route and adjusting the schedules for buses along the route.
18 McLaughlin - Derry
Holiday service ends, so MiWay is resuming service along the route. It’s also extending the path so that buses operate to and from Westwood Square terminal, instead of the Hurontario / Highway 407 Park and Ride carpool lot.

Friday, December 30 was the last day that MiWay operated buses along the short-turn 42A branch of the route Mondays to Fridays during rush hours. Instead, starting Monday, January 2, it extends the 18 McLaughlin - Derry route to replace the branch, offering passengers extra rush-hour service along the route at stops east of Derry Road West / McLaughlin Road.
While most route 42 passengers continue to benefit from more service due to this service change, passengers at some stops receive less service:
