Starting Monday, January 23, the City of Toronto is closing
- Heathrow Drive between Jane Street and Forthbridge Crescent / Chesham Drive
to accommodate a project to modify and upgrade the water main and water services and reduce surface basement flooding.
The TTC is detouring buses along this route, while the street is closed:
- 120 Calvington.
Construction on Heathrow Drive and the resulting TTC detour continue until February 3.

From Monday, January 30 until Friday, February 3, eastbound buses operate along their regular path to Jane Street and Heathrow Drive, then detour:
southward along Jane;
eastward along William Cragg Drive;
northward along Dana Avenue;
northeastward along Westcliffe Road;
eastward along Richard Clark Drive;
northward along Smallwood Drive; and then
east- and northward along Chesham Drive to Heathrow Drive,
resuming their regular path northward along Forthbridge Crescent.Eastbound buses skip their regular stops
- on Heathrow Drive beyond Jane Street, across from Datchett Road and at Chesham Drive.
Instead, eastbound buses drop off or pick up passengers at temporary stops
- on Jane Street beyond Chalkfarm Drive.
Westbound buses reverse the eastbound detour routing.
Westbound buses skip their regular stops
- on Heathrow Drive at Datchett Road and Jane Street.
Instead, westbound buses drop off or pick up passengers at temporary stops
- on Jane Street beyond William Cragg Drive and at Heathrow Drive.
