GO trains operate hourly along the Lakeshore West line, March 12



This Sunday, March 12, GO Transit trains operate about once an hour along the 01 Lakeshore West line between West Harbour GO Station and Union Station.

Eastbound:
  • All trains that usually leave West Harbour at either 13 or 23 minutes past the hour operate with their regular schedule.
  • GO is cancelling all trains that usually leave Aldershot GO Station at 4 or 54 minutes past the hour.
Westbound:
  • The trains leaving Union at 6:45 a.m. and 7:45 a.m. operate with their regular schedule.
  • The trains that usually leave Union Station at 44 minutes past the hour, instead, leave 11 minutes later at 55 minutes past the hour.
  • GO is cancelling all trains that normally leave Union at 14 or 15 minutes past the hour and end their trips in Aldershot.
  • GO will hold most westbound buses along routes 12, 15 and 18 to allow you to connect from the trains. (The schedule will not reflect these minor adjustments.)
Niagara Falls service

GO is adjusting the schedule for trains between Union Station and Niagara Falls GO Station:

  • Toronto-bound trains leave Niagara Falls at 1:25 p.m. and 8:25 p.m.
  • As usually, these trains also stop in Aldershot, Burlington, Oakville, Port Credit and Exhibition GO stations, before reaching Union Station.

  • Niagara-bound trains leave Union at 10:17 a.m. and 5:17 p.m.

  • As usually, these trains will also stop in Exhibition, Port Credit, Oakville, Burlington and Aldershot GO stations, before reaching Niagara Falls.

Trains continue to skip St. Catharines GO / VIA Station “until Spring 2023”.

GO is decreasing service along the line so that crews can repair and maintain the tracks.
