GO trains leave earlier and arrive later at Niagara Falls, starting April 24

Starting Monday, April 24, GO Transit trains leave earlier and arrive later at Niagara Falls VIA Rail / GO Station Mondays to Fridays.

Due to Canadian National Railway track work which requires trains to travel more slowly in some areas between West Harbour and Niagara Falls GO stations, GO is revising the schedules.

Toronto-bound

  • The train that usually starts its trip in Niagara Falls at 6:41 a.m. Mondays to Fridays starts, instead, nine minutes earlier at 6:32 a.m. It drops off or picks up passengers in all other stations on the line at the usual times.

Niagara-bound

  • The train that leaves Union Station at 5:13 p.m. that usually ends its trip in Niagara Falls at 7:37 p.m. ends, instead, 11 minutes later at 7:48 p.m. It serves passengers in all other stations on the line at the usual times.

Trains continue to operate with regular schedules Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

These schedule changes are in effect until CN can complete the work.

And, remember that St. Catharines GO / VIA station is closed until later this spring.
