Starting Monday, July 10, Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre is closing
- Raab Boulevard between Veteran Hills Trail and Wellness Way
to accommodate a road-works project.
The TTC has announced that it’s detouring buses along this route, while the street is closed:
- 11 Bayview.
However, closing the road likely also affects service along these routes:
- 124 Sunnybrook; and
- [352)(/archives/weblog/2023/07/07-sunnybrook.shtml#t352) Lawrence West overnight.
Construction on Raab Boulevard and the resulting TTC detours continue until July 21.
11A / 11C Bayview
11A branch
From 6 a.m. Monday, July 10 until Friday, July 21, southbound buses operate along their regular path to Wellness Way at Hospital Road beside the Odette Cancer Centre, then proceed:
northward along Wellness;
westward along Armistice Drive; and then
southward along Bayview Avenue to Wellness / Blythwood Road,
resuming their regular path southward along Bayview.Southbound buses skip their regular stops
- on Hospital Road beyond Wellness Way beside Sunnybrook Hospital’s main entrance and
- on Raab Boulevard beyond Hospital Road beside Sunnybrook Hospital’s K and L Wings.
Instead, southbound buses drop off or pick up passengers at a temporary stop
- on Wellness Way at Armistice Drive beside the Wellspring Centre.
Northbound buses operate along their regular path to Wellness Way at Hospital Road (beside the Odette Cancer Centre), then proceed:
northward along Wellness to Raab Boulevard, resuming their regular path northward along Wellness.

- on Hospital Road beyond Wellness Way beside Sunnybrook Hospital’s main entrance and
- on Raab Boulevard beyond Hospital Road beside Sunnybrook Hospital’s K and L Wings.

From 6 a.m. Monday, July 10 until Friday, July 21, southbound buses start their trips on Wellness Way at Hospital Road beside the Odette Cancer Centre, then proceed:
northward along Wellness;
westward along Armistice Drive; and then
