You can ride any HSR bus free of fare to the Hamilton Tiger-Cats game against the Toronto Argonauts, Friday, July 21 at 7:30 p.m. — if you hold a valid ticket to the game.

With the HSR’s Ticket to Ride program, you can ride free of fare to Tim Horton’s Field for as much as two hours before game time and free of fare from the stadium until the end of service. Just show your game ticket to the bus operating and that’s your ticket to ride.

Although the city is closing two major highways into and out of downtown Toronto to accommodate the event, GO buses will not miss stops on any route. However, GO has planned detour routings for its buses. As traffic conditions can change at any time, GO Transit Control may direct bus drivers to different routes around the city, depending on the current traffic conditions, but GO also wants to make sure that passengers arrive at their destinations safely and on time.
