Starting Monday, August 14, 2023 , the City of Brampton on behalf of Brampton Transit starts building a concrete pad on The Gore Road north of Queen Street East - BT stops #2543 and #2572.
During construction, buses along these routes can’t access the bus bays to drop off or pick up passengers:
- 1 / 1A Queen;
- 23 Sandalwood;
- 31 McVean;
- 35 Clarkway; and
- 50 / 50A Gore Road.
BT is setting up temporary stops about 100 meters north of the usual stops on The Gore Road.
Concrete pad construction on Gore Road north of Queen and the resulting BT service changes continue “for approximately two weeks”, meaning as late as until August 31.
