Starting Monday, September 18, the City of Markham is closing
- Clegg Road between Warden Avenue and South Town Centre Boulevard
to accommodate a construction project.
York Region Transit is detouring buses along this route, while the street is closed:
- 302 Unionville express.
Construction on Clegg Road and the resulting YRT detour continue until October 10.

Westbound buses operate along their regular path Monday-to-Friday mornings.
Monday-to-Friday afternoons from Monday, September 18 until Tuesday, October 10, eastbound buses operate along their regular path to Warden Avenue and Clegg Road, then detour:
northward along Warden; and then
westward along Highway 7 to South Town Centre Boulevard / Town Centre Boulevard,
resuming their regular path northward along Town Centre.Eastbound buses skip their regular stops
- on Clegg Road beyond Warden Avenue and at South Town Centre Boulevard and
- on Town Centre Boulevard at Highway 7.
