Parades and processions in Toronto affect TTC services this weekend, including both religious and festive celebrations of Good Friday and Easter.

Beaches Lions Club Easter Parade
The City of Toronto is closing
- Lake Shore Boulevard East between Woodbine and Coxwell Avenues from 2 until 4:30 p.m.,
- Queen Street East between Fallingbrook Road and Munro Park Avenue from 10 a.m. until 1:30 p.m.,
- Queen Street East between Fallingbrook Road and Woodbine Avenue from 1:30 until 4:30 p.m. and
- Woodbine Avenue between Queen Street East and Lake Shore Boulevard East from 2 until 4:30 p.m.
Sunday afternoon to accommodate the annual parade.
The TTC is detouring transit service during the event.
64 Main
From 10 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Easter, Sunday, March 31, southbound buses operate along their regular path to Southwood Drive and Glen Stewart Crescent, then detour:
west- and northward along Glen Stewart to Kingston Road, ending their trips.
Southbound buses skip their regular stops
- on Southwood Drive beyond Glen Stewart Crescent and at Glen Ames Avenue and Williamson Road and
- on Wineva Avenue beyond Williamson Road and at Queen Street East.
Northbound buses start their trips on Glen Stewart Crescent at Kingston Road, then proceed:
eastward along Kingston to Main Street / Southwood Drive,
resuming their regular path northward along Main.Northbound buses skip their regular stops

- on Hambly Avenue beyond Queen Street East and at Williamson Road,

From 1 until 4:30 p.m. Easter, Sunday, March 31, all streetcars start and end their trips in the loop at Kingston Road and Queen Street East.

- on Queen Street East at Neville Park Boulevard, Silver Birch and Beech avenues, Glen Manor Drive, Wineva, Bellefair, Elmer and Woodbine Avenues and Lockwood and Kingston Roads.
Eastbound cars skip their regular stops
- on Queen Street East at Sarah Ashbridge and Woodbine avenues, across from Elmer and Bellefair avenues, at Wineva Avenues, Glen Manor Drive, Beech and Silver Birch Avenues and Neville Park Boulevard and
- in Neville Park Loop.
92 Woodbine South
From 10 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Easter, Sunday, March 31, southbound buses operate along their regular path to Woodbine Avenue and Kingston Road, then detour:
southwestward along Kingston Road and Eastern Avenue to south of Queen Street East,

- on Woodbine Avenue at Columbine Avenue and Queen Street East,
- on Lake Shore Boulevard East at the walkway to Joseph Duggan Road and
- in Woodbine Beach loop.
Instead, southbound buses drop off or pick up passengers at temporary stops
- on Kingston Road across from Columbine Avenue and at Dundas and Queen Streets East and
- on Eastern Avenue beyond Queen Street East.
Northbound buses start their trips on Eastern Avenue just south of Queen Street East, then proceed:
south- and westward along Eastern;
northward along Coxwell Avenue;
eastward along Queen Street East; and then
northeastward along Kingston Road to Woodbine Avenue,
resuming their regular path northward along Woodbine.Northbound buses skip their regular stops

St. Francis of Assisi Church Good Friday Procession
The City of Toronto is closing a number of streets in the area of the church, including:
- College Street between Montrose and Manning Avenues
Friday afternoon to accommodate the procession.
The TTC is detouring streetcars to accommodate the event.

From 3 until 6 p.m., Good Friday, Friday, March 29, eastbound cars operate along their regular path to College Street and Ossington Avenue, then detour:
southward along Ossington;
eastward along Dundas Street West; and then
northward along Bathurst Street to College Street,
resuming their regular path eastward along College.Eastbound cars skip their regular stops
- on College Street at Crawford, Grace and Clinton streets, Euclid Avenue and Bathurst Street.
Instead, eastbound cars drop off or pick up passengers at temporary stops
- on Ossington Avenue at Churchill Avenue and Dundas Street West,

- on Bathurst Street at Nassau and College streets.
Westbound cars reverse the eastbound detour routing.

Instead, westbound cars drop off or pick up passengers at temporary stops
- on Bathurst Street across from Nassau Street and at Dundas Street West,
