Buses along the 301B branch follow the same path as “daytime” buses along the 501B Queen shuttle-bus route between Bathurst Street and Broadview Avenue.
Eastbound buses start their trips in Wolseley Loop on the east side of Bathurst Street north of Queen Street West, then proceed:
southward along Bathurst;
eastward along Queen Street West;
southward along Bay Street;

Starting Easter, Sunday, March 31, the TTC restores early Sunday-and-holiday morning service along the route. From 5:30 until 7:30 a.m., buses again operate along the 102B (Steeles - Warden Stn) branch of the route. They drop off or pick up passengers at stops every 20 minutes.
Also that day, the TTC operates “tripper” buses to provide extra service along the 102B branch. The buses leave Warden Station three minutes before buses along the 102D branch (Major Mackenzie - Warden Stn). Tripper buses operate:
- every hour, Sundays and holidays from about 7:30 a.m. until noon;
- every 30 minutes, from about noon until 7 p.m.; and
- every 50 minutes, from about 7 until 10 p.m.
301 Queen overnight

Buses operate along the longer path to replace regular service along the 124 Sunnybrook route during construction near Lawrence West Station and in Lawrence Station.
The TTC is adjusting the schedules for buses along the route to accommodate the longer path. By adjusting the schedules, it’s also increasing and decreasing the frequency of service along the route during various times.
Starting Easter, Sunday, March 31, buses drop off or pick up passengers at stops north of Bayview Avenue / Lawrence Avenue East:
- every 28 minutes, instead of every 40 minutes, Sundays and holidays from about 8 a.m. until noon; and
- every 25 minutes, instead of every 30 minutes, from about noon until 7 p.m.

Buses operate along the longer path to replace regular service along the 124 Sunnybrook route during construction near Lawrence West Station and in Lawrence Station.

115 Silver Hills
Starting Easter, Sunday, March 31, the TTC interlines at York Mills Station buses along the route with buses along the 78 St Andrews route.
Also that day, the TTC relocates the eastern end of service along the route to Davean Drive west of Woodsworth Road.
The TTC is also increasing and decreasing the frequency of service along the route.
78 St Andrews
Starting Easter, Sunday, March 31, the TTC interlines at York Mills Station buses along the route with buses along the 115 Silver Hills route.
Also that day, the TTC relocates the eastern end of service along the route to Carluke Crescent [west] north of Fifeshire Road.

During Metrolinx construction of the Ontario Line subway in Pape Station bus terminal — from Easter, Sunday, March 31 until Saturday, May 11 — buses drop off passengers at bus bay 1 in Pape Station. They pick up passengers on Pape Avenue — on the west side of the station.

For example, after a westbound bus along the 78 St Andrews route arrives in York Mills Station bus terminal, it proceeds eastbound to complete a round trip along the 115 Silver Hills route. After returning to York Mills, it then proceeds eastbound along route 78.
