Starting Monday, July 29, Brampton Transit revises its routes and services, including new service to and from the Heart Lake Business Park.
Brampton Transit is revising service along these routes: 2 Main; 3 McLaughlin; 7 Kennedy; 18 Dixie; 57 Charolais; 300 Heart Lake Business Park Employment shuttle; 501 Züm Queen.
Specifically, it’s: introducing a new route; increasing service along a route; increasing the frequency of service along routes; and adjusting the schedules for buses along routes.
Introducing a new route
300 Heart Lake Business Park Employment shuttle
Starting Monday, July 29, BT introduces this new route, catering specifically to the needs of the Heart Lake Business Park workforce. It’s targeted this service so that the schedule aligns with typical work hours, offering a reliable and dedicated transit option to support daily commutes.
Buses operate Mondays to Fridays only between the business park — on the east side of Heart Lake Road north of Countryside Drive — and Trinity Common terminal.
Southbound buses start their trips on Heart Lake Road beside Heart Lake Business Park, then proceed:
northward along Heart Lake;
eastward along Mayfield Road;
southward along Dixie Road;
westward along Guru Nanak Street;
southward along Great Lakes Drive; and then
westward along the Trinity Common access road into Trinity Common terminal,
ending their trips.Southbound buses drop off or pick up passengers only at stops
- on Heart Lake Road beside Heart Lake Business Park,
- on Dixie Road at Sandalwood Parkway East and
- in Trinity Common terminal.
Northbound buses start their trips in Trinity Common Terminal, then proceed;
southward along the Trinity Common access road;
westward along Bovaird Drive East;
northward along Heart Lake Road to Heart Lake Business Park,

- in Trinity Common terminal,
- on Heart Lake Road at Sandalwood Parkway East and
- on Heart Lake Road beside Heart Lake Business Park.
Increasing service along a route
57 Charolais
BT is operating a bus on a new southbound trip along the route late Monday-to-Friday evenings (or, technically, early Tuesday-to-Saturday evenings.)
The bus starts its trip on William Sharpe Drive east of Chinguacousy Road at 12:43 a.m. It ends on McLaughlin Road North north of Queen Street West at 12:51 a.m.
Increasing the frequency of service along routes
7 / 7A Kennedy
BT is increasing the frequency of service along the route Monday-to-Friday midday.
Starting Monday, July 29, buses drop off or pick up passengers at stops south of Heart Lake Terminal:
- every 7½ minutes, instead of every 15 minutes, from about 11 a.m. until 1:30 p.m.
(In fact, BT is operating more buses along the 7A branch to accomplish this.)

BT is increasing the frequency of service along the route Saturdays.
Starting Saturday, August 3, buses drop off or pick up passengers at stops:
- every 26 minutes, instead of every 30 minutes.
501 Züm Queen
BT is increasing the frequency of service along the route Saturday evenings.
Starting Saturday, August 3, buses drop off or pick up passengers at Züm stations:
- every 20 minutes, instead of every 30 minutes, after about 8 p.m.

Starting Monday, July 29, BT adjusts the schedules for buses operating to and from the United Parcel Service (UPS) Distribution Centre in Caledon.

Starting Saturday, August 3, BT adjusts the schedules for buses operating along the route Saturday mornings. By adjusting the schedules, it improves service for passengers connecting with GO Transit trains at Brampton Innovation District GO Station.
