From 9:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. Wednesday, September 4, the City of Toronto is closing
- Kendal Avenue between Davenport Road and Macpherson Avenue and
- Macpherson Avenue between Kendal Avenue and Spadina Road
to the accommodate the Students Association of George Brown’s annual Breakfast of Champions and other orientation events at the Casa Loma campus.
The TTC is detouring buses along this route, while the street is closed:
- 127 Davenport.

From 9:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. Wednesday, September 4, eastbound buses operate along their regular path to Davenport Road and Bathurst Street, then detour:
southward along Bathurst; and then
eastward along Dupont Street to Spadina Road,
resuming their regular path southward along Spadina.Eastbound buses skip their regular stops
- on Davenport Road beyond Dartnell Avenue,
- on Kendal Avenue beyond Davenport Road,
- on Macpherson Avenue at Spadina Road and
- on Spadina Road at Dupont Street.
Instead, eastbound buses drop off or pick up passengers at temporary stops
- on Bathurst Street beside #1178 Bathurst (TTC Hillcrest Complex) and
- on Dupont Street at Howland and Kendal avenues.
