GO Transit, the TTC and York Region Transit are making minor changes to their weekend services, starting Saturday, December 21.
GO and the TTC are each revising the schedules for weekend service along one bus route each. YRT is revising its schedules for weekend service along two routes and one on-demand service.

GO Transit
GO is revising weekend service along this route: 25 Waterloo / Mississauga.
It’s also decreasing Monday-to-Friday services along several routes.
25 Waterloo / Mississauga
Fewer passengers travel to and from the University of Waterloo, Wilfrid Laurier University’s Waterloo and Milton campuses, Conestoga College’s Waterloo and Milton campuses and Sheridan College’s Hazel McCallion campus during the holidays. GO is temporarily decreasing service along the route.
Starting Saturday, December 21, GO operates 13 eastbound buses along the 25C branch, instead of 21, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
And, it operates 12 westbound buses along the 25L branch, instead of 20, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Buses along the 25A branch operate mostly express between University of Waterloo ION Station and Square One GO Bus Terminal, but drop off or pick up passengers at Wilfrid Laurier University’s Waterloo campus and the Halton Regional Road 25 / Highway 401 Park and Ride carpool lot in Milton.
Buses along the 25C branch operate express — without stopping — between University of Waterloo ION Station and Square One GO Bus Terminal.
Buses along the 25L branch serve passengers at all stops along the route, but also stop at the Toronto Premium Outlets stores at Steeles Avenue and Trafalgar Road in Milton.
GO is also decreasing Monday-to-Friday service along the route.
Holiday service ends and regular Saturday-Sunday-and-holiday service resumes Saturday, January 3, 2025.

Toronto Transit Commission
The TTC is revising weekend service along this route: 900 Airport express.
It’s also decreasing Monday-to-Friday services along several routes.
900 Airport express
Since more passengers travel to and from Toronto Pearson International Airport during the holidays, the TTC is increasing the frequency of service along the route Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Starting Sunday, December 22, buses drop off or pick up passengers at stops
- every 8 minutes, instead of every 10 minutes, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from about 8 a.m. until noon;
- every 7 minutes, instead of every 8 minutes, from about noon until 7 p.m.
The TTC is also increasing the frequency of Monday-to-Friday service along the route.
Holiday service ends and regular Saturday-Sunday-and-holiday service resumes Sunday, January 5, 2025.
York Region Transit
YRT is revising weekend service along these routes: 320 Jane express; 360 Vaughan Mills / Wonderland express.
It’s also revising its On-Request North service.
It’s also decreasing Monday-to-Friday services along several routes.
320 Jane express
Buses operate along the route every day during the holidays. Service hours coincide with the operating hours at Vaughan Mills (mall) and Canada’s Wonderland. Even though the two attractions are closed Christmas Day, Wednesday, December 25, YRT continues to operate buses along the route from about 10 a.m. until 8 p.m. that day.
Holiday service ends and regular service resumes Sunday, January 5, 2025.
On-Request North
Starting Saturday, December 21, you can request a ride to and from the Town of Georgina’s Recreational Outdoor Campus (“The ROC”) Mondays to Fridays.
Service to and from The ROC is also available Mondays to Fridays.
Starting Monday, January 5, 2025, YRT consolidates several on-request services, including On-Request North, to create the new On-Request North-Central service.
360 Vaughan Mills / Wonderland express
Buses operate along the route every day during the holidays, except Christmas Day, Wednesday, December 25. Service hours coincide with the operating hours at Vaughan Mills (mall) and Canada’s Wonderland.
Friday, January 3, 2025 is the last day that YRT operates buses along the route Mondays to Fridays. Service continues Saturdays, Sundays and holidays only, starting Saturday, January 4.
