The TTC is advising passengers that, from 7 p.m. Monday, May 5 until 7 a.m. Tuesday, May 6 and continuing overnight nightly, it’s detouring streetcars along these routes:
The TTC explains that it’s detouring the cars “due to [City of] Toronto Water sewer repairs.” (The construction likely is on Yonge Street at its intersection with Richmond Street.)
Construction at Yonge / Richmond and the resulting TTC detours continue until May 9 (7 a.m.)
(Note that the TTC has posted two different notices about these detours — one announces the end of construction as 5 a.m. May 8 and the other as 7 a.m. May 9. We can only guess which one is correct.)
