[VIDEO]: Montreal REM West Island Timelapse

Over the Victoria Day weekend, Montreal opened its newest branch on its REM mini-Metro, the Ligne A3 to Anse-å-l’Orme. After free rides and celebrations throughout Saturday and Sunday, Montrealers settled down to really ride the thing on Monday, and Transit Toronto videographer Damian Baranowski was there.

Actually, Damian filmed a lot of footage throughout Montreal, including exo runs, which you will see in the coming weeks. For now, enjoy a timelapse run of Montreal’s REM from Gare Centrale to Anse-å-l’Orme.
