As part of a major expansion of night transit service across Metropolitan Toronto, the TTC extends the 10 BLOOR-DANFORTH route and redesignates it 300 BLOOR-DANFORTH BLUE NIGHT as part of its new night service branding, including blue rollsigns. Service extended west of Jane, replacing part of the 49A BLOOR WEST night service and east of Main, replacing part of the 93 DANFORTH EAST night service. Buses operate from Mill Road (looping via west on Bloor, north and east on Markland and south on Mill Road) via Bloor Street, Kipling Avenue, Dundas Street, Bloor Street and Danforth Avenue to Danforth Road (looping via Danforth Road, Warden and Danforth Avenue back to route). Buses operate out of Danforth, Lansdowne and Queensway Garages.
Additional service is provided eastbound from Jane, Sunday mornings (for people out late on Saturday night) from 1:50 a.m. to 3:05 p.m., providing a combined service frequency of every 7-8 minutes. This is listed on maps as a 300A branch. A number of trips at the end of the day terminate their runs at Main, Coxwell, Pape, Lansdowne and Kipling, but these aren’t designated as formal branches of the service.

For the first time in TTC history, all runs on this route are now provided by eight of nine conventional bus garages: Arrow Road, Birchmount, Eglinton (Comstock), Malvern, McNicoll, Mount Dennis, Queensway and Wilson Garages.

To support the deadhead to revenue service initiative, some trips on weekdays and weekends will be adjusted to go out of service at either Toronto Pearson International Airport Terminal 3, 3450 Danforth Avenue, The East Mall at Gibbs Road, or Kennedy Station instead of various short turn locations along the Bloor-Danforth corridor.
There will be no change to scheduled service levels resulting from this adjustment.
February 16, 2025
Once again, buses on the 300 are now supplied by Arrow Road Garage as all eight of nine conventional bus garages provide service to this route.
