Service begins on the new 107 YORK UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS route, combining the existing 107 ST. REGIS and 117 ALNESS-CHESSWOOD routes running between Sheppard West station and Steeles.

The routing, designated as 107A, operates from Sheppard West station, clockwise looping, via west on Sheppard Avenue West, north on Tuscan Gate, east on St. Regis Crescent South, north on Bakersfield Street, west on St. Regis Crescent North, north on Ceramic Road, west on Lepage Court, north on Keele Street (with transfers at Finch West station made on the street), east on Canarctic Drive, north on Petrolia Road, east on Steeles Avenue West, south on Alness Street, west on Champagne Drive, south on Chesswood Avenue, east on Steeprock Drive, south on Whitehorse Road, east and south on Kodiak Crescent, and east on Sheppard Avenue West to Sheppard West station. Alternate buses, designated as branch 107B, reverse the routing counter-clockwise.

Service operates seven days a week, whenever the subway is open and also introduces full evening and weekend service on Alness Street and Chesswood Drive routing.

Buses on this route operates out of Wilson Garage utilizing Orion VII low floor buses.

September 7, 2021

Service on the Alness employment area is restored, just four months after the cancellation of the former 117 ALNESS-CHESSWOOD. During rush hours, buses on this route follow the main routing via Alness except it now turns via Martin Ross Avenue, Flint Road and Supertest Road. These branches are designated as 107C (clockwise) and 107D (counter-clockwise).

Effective this date, the early morning extension to Wilson Station is redesignated 107F.
