Coincident with the extension of the SPADINA subway into Vaughan, service begins on a new route replacing the 108 DOWNSVIEW and a portion of the 35 JANE, providing service to Black Creek Pioneer Village. Service operates from Sheppard West station via west on Sheppard Avenue West, north on Tuscan Gate, west on St. Regis Crescent, south on Keele Street, west on Grandravine Drive, north and west on Driftwood Avenue, north on Jane Street, east on Shoreham Drive, north on Murray Ross Parkway, east on Steeles Avenue West, south on Track and Field Road to Pioneer Village Station, returning via the reverse route.

Buses operate seven days a week whenever the subway is open. Service operates out of Arrow Road Garage

Early morning service is adjusted to better integrate with the 329 DUFFERIN NIGHT bus, eliminating the need for the 108C branch to Wilson station. All northbound buses now operate out of Sheppard West station, and those operating before the start of subway service depart at the on-street stops of Sheppard Avenue West at Dufferin (Stop ID #7275) and Opposite 1040 Sheppard Avenue West (Stop ID #13151).

Service on the 108A (via Grandravine) branch is adjusted to accommodate City of Toronto road work on Grandravine Drive. Buses operate via Driftwood Avenue, Grandravine Drive, Arleta Avenue, Sheppard Avenue West, Sentinel Road and Grandravine Drive in both directions for this diversion, stopping at all local stops.
