117 Alness-Chesswood (2017-2021)

Coincident with the extension of the SPADINA subway into Vaughan, service begins on the 117 ALNESS-CHESSWOOD route, replacing and simplifying the 117 ALNESS route north of Finch and replacing 107 KEELE NORTH service on Chesswood south of Finch. Buses operate from Sheppard West station via west on Sheppard Avenue West, north and west on Kodiak Crescent, north on Whitehorse Road, west on Steeprock Drive, north on Chesswood Drive, east on Champagne Drive, north on Alness Street, west on Martin Ross Avenue, north on Flint Road, east on Supertest Road, north on Alness Street, east on Steeles Avenue West, south on Dufferin Street and west on Gerry Fitzgerald Drive to Steeles, returning via the reverse route.

Service operates during rush hours and the midday on weekdays, with the last southbound trip departing Steeles Avenue at around 8 p.m. Service is provided out of Wilson garage

Last day of operation. Service begins on a combined route with 107 ST. REGIS to form 107 YORK UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS on Sunday, May 9. Route between Martin Ross, Flint and Supertest discontinued.
