Track reconstruction inside St. Clair West station temporarily closes the underground terminal to transit vehicles. As a result of this, 126 CHRISTIE buses are forced to loop on-street, picking up passengers at the north side entrance to the station. In addition to this, late evening (after 10 p.m.) service on 126 CHRISTIE is extended east on St. Clair to St. Clair station on the YONGE SUBWAY. This arrangement was in place until the underground terminal reopened later that year.

Also, during the early and late evenings, Monday to Friday and all day on Saturday and Sunday, buses are extended from St. Clair West station to St. Clair station.
