As part of the TTC’s 2021 Annual Service Plan, which was delayed for two years, service begins on the new 128 STANLEY GREENE route serving the new Stanley Greene community, built on the former Downsview army base. Westbound buses operate from Wilson station via west on Wilson Avenue, north on Keele Street, east on Downsview Park Boulevard, south on William Duncan Road, west on John Duncan Bull Road and north on Stanley Greene Boulevard before continuing west on Downsview Park as eastbound buses reverse route.

Service operates every 30 minutes during peak periods and is blended with 101 DOWNSVIEW PARK every 15 minutes. This route runs out of Wilson garage with Orion VII NG diesel and Nova LFS Hybrid low floor buses.

Last day of service. In preparation for the opening of LINE 6 FINCH WEST LRT, service is absorbed by the 101B DOWNSVIEW PARK operating from Finch West Station.
