Service begins on the 139 FINCH-DON MILLS route, which is nothing more than a renamed 139 FINCH EAST. During rush hours, buses run from Don Mills station express on Don Mills, then serve all stops on Finch eastbound to Neilson, looping south on Neilson, west on Crow Trail and north on Baldoon. Buses return west on Finch serving all stops to Cherokee, then operating express west on Finch south on Highway 404, south on Fairview Mall Drive, and west on Sheppard to Don Mills station.

New accessible and bike rack service established.

October 12, 2010

Service altered to operate westbound/southbound via Finch Avenue and Don Mills Road, instead of via Highway 404. Westbound buses now serve Seneca College.

Last day of service (Friday being a holiday). Service replaced the following Monday by new branches of the 199 FINCH ROCKET, although these do not serve Don Mills station. Some express service is provided along Don Mills Road to Finch by the new 185 DON MILLS ROCKET, however.
