Service begins on a new route established running from Leslie station on the LINE 4 SHEPPARD via north on Leslie and east on Steeles past Don Mills, looping via south on Townsend, west on Freshmeadow and north on Don Mills to Steeles, returning via reverse route. Created during the city-wide route restructuring in conjuction with the opening of the new LINE 5 EGLINTON LRT, 151 LESLIE NORTH replaces a portion of the 51 LESLIE with service continue to operate to North York General Hospital, serving the North York General Hospital - Main Entrance stop (Stop ID #14439) in the northbound direction after departing Leslie Station. Buses run all day, 7 days a week, 18 hours a day whenever the subway is open. Service operates out of McNicoll Garage.
