As part of the TTC’s initiative of rebranding the entire seasonal route network, service begins on the new 203 HIGH PARK replacing a portion of the former 30B HIGH PARK which became 30 HIGH PARK NORTH. Buses run from High Park Station via south on High Park Avenue, south on Colborne Lodge Drive, south and west on West Road, north on Colborne Lodge Drive and north on High Park Avenue to High Park station. This route runs from May to Labour Day running from Queensway Garage using Nova Bus LFS and Orion VII low floor buses.

Contrary to the proposal in the 2024 Annual Service Plan that bus service on the 203 HIGH PARK is to be cancelled, service is reinstated for the 2024 season. Unlike other seasonal routes that use conventional 40-foot rigid low-floor buses, service on this route now operates with ARBOC Independence Community Bus vehicles, running out of Lakeshore Garage instead of Queensway Garage, where the 203 HIGH PARK buses were previously assigned.

Service on this route is extended north of High Park station to Keele Station via High Park Avenue and possibly Glenlake Avenue to Keele and south on Keele to Keele station. This extension is not listed on any of the TTC’s board period memos, but is mentioned in the 2025 Service Plan. As a result of the lengthening of the route, service frequency is increased from 20 minutes to 30 minutes.
This extension gives this route a wheelchair accessible connection with the subway at Keele Station. As High Park station is expected to be made wheelchair accessible in the Spring of 2025, service will be cut back to there, and frequencies increased, when this happens.
