Service begins on the renumbered 302 KINGSTON ROAD-McCOWAN BLUE NIGHT bus branded as the 316 KINGSTON ROAD-McCOWAN BLUE NIGHT, aligning the route number with the 16 McCOWAN daytime counterpart.

Buses operate from Steeles/McCowan loop via south on McCowan, southwest on Danforth Road, west on Eglinton Avenue, south on Brimley, west on Kingston Road to Bingham loop. Buses return via east on Kingston Road, north on Brimley, east on Eglinton, northeast on Danforth Road and north on McCowan to Steeles Avenue. Service operates every thirty minutes overnight when the subway is closed, seven days a week. Service operates out of Birchmount and McNicoll Garages.
