As part of a major restructuring and expansion of night services, service begins on a new route running from Bingham loop at the corner of Victoria Park and Kingston Road via southwest on Kingston Road, east on Queen, north on Coxwell, west on Cosburn, north on Pape, north on Millwood, east on Overlea and north on Don Mills, looping at Steeles via Steeles, Townsend and Freshmeadow. Service designated 303A, although the 300 “Queen-Steeles” branch never operates a scheduled service. Service replaces night service on the 22A COXWELL route.

February 17, 1992

With the elimination of night streetcar service on 304 KING, service is revised to run from Steeles and Don Mills to Queen and Broadview, running via south on Don Mills, west on Overlea, south on Millwood and Pape, west on Danforth and south on Broadview. Buses loop via west on Queen, south on River, northeast on King and east on Queen to route. Service on Broadview north of Danforth, Cosburn, Coxwell and Kingston Road provided by the new 322 COXWELL NIGHT bus route.

February 14, 2000

Service extended to operate in both directions via Thorncliffe Park Drive.

August 5, 2001

As a result of track construction on Broadview Avenue, service diverted to operate via west on Dundas and south on River Street, looping via Queen, King and River and returning. During the Labour Day weekend, when the Dundas/Broadview intersection is closed for reconstruction, 303 DON MILLS buses are diverted via west on Gerrard, south on River, east on Queen, north on Carlaw, west on Gerrard and north on Broadview to route.

September 4, 2001

Service resumes normal route.

March 31, 2002

Due to track construction, the 303 DON MILLS bus is diverted via Dundas Street and River to Queen.

July 29, 2002

Service resumes normal route.

May 25, 2009

Bike-rack service established. At some point before this date, this route is rendered accessible.
