As part of the newly launched Blue Night Network, extending overnight transit service to the Toronto suburbs, service begins on the 305 EGLINTON EAST-LAWRENCE BLUE NIGHT route, operating from Eglinton station on the YONGE SUBWAY via east on Eglinton, northeast on Kingston Road and east on Lawrence to loop in the bus terminal at Rouge Hill GO station. Buses return over the reverse routing. Some very early and very late trips run through Kennedy station, connecting with the BLOOR-DANFORTH SUBWAY. the route is operated out of Birchmount Garage.

On the day that Davenport Garage is closed, the resulting reorganization of bus routes leads to this route being transferred to Eglinton Garage.

With the closure of the old Eglinton garage at Yonge Street, operation of this route is transferred to the new Eglinton garage on Comstock Road.
