Coincident with the rerouting of the 303 DON MILLS NIGHT along Broadview Avenue, service is established on the 322 COXWELL NIGHT bus, replacing service on the streets the 303 bus moved off of. Buses operate from Bingham Loop via southwest on Kingston Road, west on Queen, southwest on Eastern, north on Coxwell, west on Cosburn and north on Pape, looping via north on Pape, southeast on Donlands and west on O’Connor. Buses return east via south on Pape, east on Cosburn, south on Coxwell, east on Queen and northeast on Kingston Rd to Bingham Loop at Victoria Park. The loop at Pape and O’Connor may have operated in the reverse direction to that described above. Service is operated from Danforth Garage.

With the launch of the 324 VICTORIA PARK NIGHT bus operating north from Bingham Loop, 322 COXWELL NIGHT’s service on Victoria Park is cut back from Danforth Avenue to Bingham Loop. However, most trips interline between these two routes at Bingham loop. Also on this day, operation of this route is transferred from Danforth Garage to Birchmount Garage.

Summer 1999
Buses heading towards Broadview now use the new alignment of Eastern connecting directly south from Kingston Road at Queen, then run south and west on Eastern, and north on Coxwell, etc to Broadview Station. It is believed that the new section of Eastern Avenue was built in conjunction with streetcar track work on Queen in this area in the summer of 1999. The new routing is first shown on TTC maps issued in 2000. Confirmation of date of this routing change is requested.
February 15, 2009
Route rendered accessible with the use of Orion VII low floor buses. The change was originally planned for September 3, 2006, but but was deferred to this date to ensure enough vehicles were available.
September 30, 2009
Buses on this route are now equipped with bike racks.
May 9 to July 31, 2010
Operation of this service is temporarily transferred to Eglinton Garage due to pending bus roadway reconstruction at Coxwell station. No actual construction took place. The reassignment ended after service on July 31st and the route was transferred back to Birchmount Garage.
Sunday, March 31, 2019
Due to a City of Toronto bridge rehabilitation project, northbound lanes on Coxwell Avenue between Upper Gerrard and Hanson Street are closed, forcing northbound 322 COXWELL NIGHT buses to divert via east on Gerrard, north on Woodbine and west on Danforth Avenue. Southbound buses are not affected. This change is expected to last 18 weeks.
Sunday, September 1, 2019
Due to track construction shutting down the intersection of Queen Street East and Kingston Road, buses on 322 COXWELL NIGHT are forced to divert. Buses operate south to Queen, loop clockwise through Queen/Coxwell loop, and then divert via north on Coxwell and east on Dundas, rejoining the route at Kingston Road. Returning buses follow the reverse route.
