Service begins on this renumbered route, replacing 307 EGLINTON WEST but operating on the same route. Buses operate from Eglinton Avenue West and Yonge Street (farside stop) via west on Eglinton, north and east on Renforth Drive, north on Carlingview, west on Dixon and west on Airport Road to Toronto Pearson International Airport, making stops first on Jetliner Road at Airport Road (ground level), then at Terminal 1 (ground level) and at Terminal 3 (arrivals level). Buses then leave the airport and return via east on Airport Road, east on Dixon, south on Carlingview, west and south on Renforth and east on Eglinton to Yonge Street.

February 7, 2026

Last day of operation. As part of the opening of LINE 5 EGLINTON LRT, service on this route extended eastward to Kennedy Station as part of the new 334 EGLINTON BLUE NIGHT bus operating between Kennedy Station and Pearson Airport.
