September 6, 2015

Service begins on a revised and renumbered night route serving Eglinton Avenue East, replacing 305 EGLINTON EAST, as well as Neilson Road, replacing part of 321 YORK MILLS. Buses operate from Eglinton Avenue and Yonge Street via east on Eglinton, northeast on Kingston Road, north on Morningside Avenue, west on Ellesmere Road, south on Neilson Road, through Centenary Hospital Loop, north on Neilson Road, west on Finch Avenue and north on Tapscott Road to Newgate Gate. Buses return via east on Newgate Gate, north, east and south on Finchdene Square, east on Finch, south on Neilson, through Centenary Hospital Loop, north on Neilson, east on Ellesmere, south on Morningside, southwest on Kingston Road, and west on Eglinton to Yonge Street.

Over 40 Nova LFS are equipped with Wi-Fi and 334 EGLINTON EAST BLUE NIGHT is equipped Wi-Fi access.

November 16, 2025

Service is altered to operate in both directions via Guildwood Parkway and Morningside Avenue between Kingston Road at Guildwood and Kingston Road at Morningside. This brings this route in line with its daytime counterpart.

Service on Kingston Road between Guildwood and Meadowvale is replaced by the new 386 SCARBOROUGH NIGHT bus.

February 7, 2026

Last day of operation. As part of the opening of LINE 5 EGLINTON LRT, service on this route extended westward to Mount Dennis Station as part of the new, but renamed 334 EGLINTON BLUE NIGHT bus operating between Kennedy Station and Pearson Airport.
