With the opening of the brand new LINE 5 EGLINTON LRT, service begins on a new night route serving Eglinton Avenue, consolidating the 332 EGLINTON WEST and 334 EGLINTON EAST into one single route running between Pearson Airport and Finch and Neilson.

This route operates in the following two branches:

• Buses on the 334A “Pearson Airport-Kennedy Station” branch operate from Kennedy Station Platform B, exiting from North Service Road via west on Eglinton Avenue East passing through Yonge Street continuing west on Eglinton Avenue West, north and east on Renforth Drive, north on Carlingview, west on Dixon and west on Airport Road to Toronto Pearson International Airport, making stops first on Jetliner Road at Airport Road (ground level), then at Terminal 1 (ground level) and at Terminal 3 (arrivals level). Buses then leave the airport and return via east on Airport Road, east on Dixon, south on Carlingview, west and south on Renforth and east on Eglinton before arriving at Kennedy Station.
• On the 334B “Mount Dennis Station-Finch and Neilson” branch, buses operate from Mount Dennis Station, exiting from Photography Drive via east on Eglinton Avenue West passing Yonge Street, continuing east on Eglinton Avenue East, northeast on Kingston Road, east on Guildwood Parkway, north on Morningside Avenue, west on Ellesmere Road, south on Neilson Road, through Centenary Hospital Loop, north on Neilson Road, west on Finch Avenue and north on Tapscott Road to Newgate Gate. Buses return via east on Newgate Gate, north, east and south on Finchdene Square, east on Finch, south on Neilson, through Centenary Hospital Loop, north on Neilson, east on Ellesmere, south on Morningside, west on Guildwood, southwest on Kingston Road, and west on Eglinton before terminating at Mount Dennis Station.

Buses on the route operates 30 minutes on each branch when the LRT line is not in operation. Between Black Creek Drive and Kennedy Road, service operates every 15 minutes. The 334 EGLINTON BLUE NIGHT service is shared between New Eglinton, Malvern, McNicoll and Mount Dennis Garages.
