Service begins on a new route replacing the 313 JANE BLUE NIGHT, providing through night service on Jane Street from Bloor Street to Steeles Avenue, and additional night service into York University, and providing night service more consistent with the 35 JANE daytime route. Night service operates from Jane subway station via south on Armadale, west on Bloor, north on Jane, east on Steeles, south on Founders Road and east and south on Ian MacDonald to the York Lanes Common Area. Buses return via north and west on Ian MacDonald, north on Founders, west on Steeles and south on Jane to Jane station. Buses are supplied by Arrow Road Garage.

December 17, 2017

Coincident with the extension of the SPADINA subway into Vaughan, service on this route is revised to improve access to York University. Buses follow the old route from Jane station to Steeles Avenue West and then proceed east on Steeles Avenue West, south on Track and Field Road, west on East West Link Road, south on Northwest Gate, east and south on Ian Macdonald Boulevard to The Chimneystack Road, returning via south on Ian Macdonald Boulevard, west and north on The Pond Road, northeast Ian Macdonald Boulevard, north on Northwest Gate, east on East West Link Road, north on Track and Field Road, west on Steeles Avenue West, south on Jane Street. Some buses may make an on-street connection with the SPADINA subway at Pioneer Village or York University stations. No change to destination signs.

September 1, 2019

The stop marker at Jane and Hullmar (stop ID 10411) is updated to include the 335 JANE NIGHT service, completing the stop pair at this intersection.

March 28, 2021

Coinciding with the opening of McNicoll Garage, operation of this route is transferred from Arrow Road Garage to Mount Dennis Garage.

May 31, 2021

60 Orion VII hybrid buses on this route now equipped with WiFi becoming the first bus route in the corridor to provide free WiFi internet access.
