Service begins on this overnight route, running over the same route as 309 FINCH WEST BLUE NIGHT. Service is interlined with 339 FINCH EAST NIGHT.
Buses operate from Finch Avenue West and Yonge Street (farside stop) via west on Finch, south on John Garland Boulevard, west on Humber College Boulevard, west on Humberline, south on Humberwood, and east on Rexdale to Woodbine Race Track Loop. Buses return via west on Rexdale, north on Humberwood, east on Humberline, east on Humber College, north on John Garland, and east on Finch to Yonge Street (nearside stop). Service operates every 30 minutes when the subway is closed for the night. Buses operate out of Arrow Road and Malvern Garages.

Service does not change with the extension of the SPADINA subway into Vaughan, but on-street connections may be possible with the SPADINA subway at Finch West station.
June 30, 2020
With the opening of a new bus loop built at Woodbine Racetrack as part of Woodbine’s development plan, buses on this route are rerouted to use the new loop. No changes to other stop locations or service levels.
March 28, 2021
Service on this route is transferred from Malvern Garage to the newly-opened McNicoll Garage. The bulk of this route buses continue to operate out of Arrow Road Garage.
