Service starts on a new 341 KEELE NIGHT bus route, providing overnight service to areas served during the daytime by 41 KEELE. Buses operate from Keele Station north of Bloor Street via north on Keele, east on St. Clair, north on Old Weston, northwest on Rogers, north on Keele, north on Trethewey, northeast on Yore, north on Keele, west on York, counter-clockwise through the York University Commons Area, north and west on Ian Macdonald Boulevard, and north on Founders Road to Steeles Avenue West. Buses return via east on Steeles Avenue, south on Keele, southwest on Yore, south on Trethewey, south on Keele, west on Rogers, south on Weston and south on Keele to just north of Bloor Street. Service operates every thirty minutes after the subway closes for the night.

Coincident with the extension of the SPADINA subway into Vaughan, service on this route is revised to improve access to York University. Buses follow the old route from Keele station to Murray Ross Parkway and then proceed via west on Murray Ross Parkway, north on Sentinel Road, west and north on The Pond Road, north and east Ian Macdonald Boulevard to The Chimneystack Road, returning via south on Ian Macdonald Boulevard, west on The Pond Road, south on Sentinel Road, east on Murray Ross Parkway, south on Keele Street. Some buses may make an on-street connection with the SPADINA subway at Pioneer Village or York University stations.

Due to renovations at Keele station closing the bus terminal there, service on the 341 KEELE NIGHT service is extended to operate out of High Park station. Southbound buses follow the normal route to Keele station and then turn west on Bloor and north on High Park Avenue before turning into High Park station and returning via the reverse route. This change is anticipated to last until autumn.

With ongoing construction closing Keele station’s loop, but construction complete at High Park loop, buses are rerouted from their temporary terminal at High Park station to High Park loop. Buses operate over their regular route to Keele station and continue south on Parkside to Howard Park before turning west and south into High Park loop.
