Service begins on a revised and rerouted overnight service. Buses on the 395 YORK MILLS NIGHT replace the 321 YORK MILLS BLUE NIGHT route and extend service on Ellesmere Road east of Neilson. Service on Neilson Road is replaced by the 334 EGLINTON EAST NIGHT bus.

Buses operate from York Mills Road and Yonge Street via east on York Mills, southeast on Parkwoods Village Drive, east on Ellesmere Road, southeast on Military Trail, through University of Toronto-Scarborough loop, northwest on Military Trail, east on Ellesmere Road and north on Meadowvale Road to Meadowvale loop at Sheppard Avenue. Buses return via south on Meadowvale, west on Ellesmere, southeast on Military Trail, through University of Toronto-Scarborough loop, northwest on Military Trail, west on Ellesmere, northwest on Parkwoods Village Drive, and west on York Mills to Yonge Street. Service operates every 30 minutes whenever the subway is closed.

Service is extended on this route east from Meadowvale Road to Rouge Hill GO Station. At Ellesmere and Meadowvale, buses continue east on Ellesmere, northeast on Kingston Road, south on Port Union Road and east on Lawrence Avenue East, entering Rouge Hill GO Station’s bus loop before returning via the reverse route.

This change pulls service off Meadowvale Road between Ellesmere and Sheppard, but this is replaced by the launch of the 386 SCARBOROUGH NIGHT route.
