Service starts on a rush-hour shuttle service serving the residents of the Gulfstream Community (north of the village of Weston). Buses operate from Oak Loop at the north end of the 89 WESTON trolley coach, via north on Main Street (Weston Road) to loop via east on Bradstock Road, north on Habitant Drive and west on Damask Avenue.

Route discontinued, replaced by an extension of the 89 WESTON trolley coach to the newly opened Blondin Loop a few blocks north, and by a new 96A WILSON branch operating north of Albion Road.
