As part of the TTC’s initiative of rebranding and expansion of its Express Bus Network services under its new 900 series branding, service begins on the 945 KIPLING EXPRESS route, replacing the branch of the 45E KIPLING EXPRESS.
During rush hours, buses operate from Kipling Station via east and north on St. Albans Road, and north on Kipling Avenue to the Kipling/Steeles off-street loop, returning via reverse route. 945 Express buses stop eastbound at Eglinton Avenue West, The Westway, Dixon Road, and Belfield Road before making all local stops between Belfield and Steeles.
This route operates out of Queensway garage.

As with other TTC express routes, all express service on this route is temporarily suspended due to the COVID-19 outbreak affecting the TTC. Local service is provided by 45 KIPLING buses.
