A new AM rush short turn service is operated between the Starrett Loop at Yonge and Mt. Pleasant & Stibbard. This service ends on May 17, 1937 and is resumed and discontinued two times over the next two years, specifically:

- December 12, 1938 - June 30, 1939

The Mt. Pleasant looping is revised. Buses now run north on Mt. Pleasant, and loop east on Dinnick, south on Dundurn and west on Dawlish. AM short turn service is resumed.
July 15, 1940
The AM short turn service is discontinued again.
September 9, 1940
The Mt. Pleasant looping is expanded, buses now run east on Dinnick, east on Rochester, south on St. Ives, west on St. Leonard, south on Dundurn and west on Dawlish to Mt. Pleasant. AM short turn service is resumed.
January 20, 1941
Night service over part of the route is offered by the NORTH TORONTO bus.
October 1, 1942
Overnight service is now operated as part of the EGLINTON route from Otter Loop to Yonge and Eglinton, replacing NORTH TORONTO night bus service.

The Sunnybrook branch now operates four trips daily from Starrett Loop via Eglinton, Mt. Pleasant, Blythwood and Bayview to the new Hospital.
September 26, 1946
More frequent rush hour and evening service is added to the Sunnybrook branch. Sunday service to Sunnybrook is added.
November 1, 1948
New SUNNYBROOK service takes over EGLINTON’S Sunnybrook branch, operating of a different route.
May 31, 1952
Night bus service between Otter Loop and Starrett Loop discontinued.
March 6, 1954
Last day of service. Replaced the following day by the new NORTOWN Trolley Coach route.
