CLRV 4148 prepares to turns from Church onto Wellington, for the second leg of the 503's downtown loop. The intersection was once a hub of streetcar activity, with tracks along Church, Wellington and Front Street. By the year 2000, when this shot was taken, only one-way rush-hour service remained.
