In January 1947, to relieve congestion at the King-Queen intersection near the Don River, the TTC routed every third KING streetcar via Parliament and Dundas to Broadview during the afternoon rush hour. Special "VIA PARLIAMENT" window cards were used. Here we see TTC air electric PCC #4286 operating north on Parliament in KING service on August 10, 1963.
