TTC air-electric PCC 4216 rests in pretty dire condition at Hillcrest Shops on October 15, 1966, alongside A13-class ex-Birmingham all-electric PCC 4712. The air electric PCC is likely bound for the scrapheap, but it has been pulled aside so the TTC can do a test cut and mock-up installation of left-side doors ahead of a possible sale of air-electric cars to Tampico, Mexico. The photographer is unknown.
