To commemorate the last DUPONT streetcar, and the end of the Peter Witt streetcars' revenue service, radio station CKEY sponsored special banners to adorn Peter Witt car #2894 which travelled the route as the ceremonial "last car". Afterward, the car retired to Hillcrest Shops, where it posed for photographs. The photographer is unknown.
