Yonge Streetcar 1912

Here, we see the entrance to Yorkville Carhouse on Yorkville between Yonge and Terauley (Bay) Streets circa 1912. This carhouse served Toronto Railway Company lines like YONGE and AVENUE ROAD for years, and served the TTC for a few months in 1921-2 until it was replaced by the Eglinton Carhouse.
