Transit Toronto Subway Pages

Winter is coming, and so are opportunities for more shots like this one. Lex Reid snapped this shot of a train of T1 equipment heading westbound from Victoria Park station, about to dive into the tunnel to Main Street station, near sunset on a December afternoon in 2017. There are more shots of interest in the page on the history of the Queen and Bloor-Danforth subways. Speaking of which, we’ve done an update on what could have happened if the Queen subway had been built instead of the Bloor-Danforth.

It has been a while since we’ve added to the subway station database, but we haven’t forgotten about it. More station pages will be added when time permits; possibly during some chilly winter evenings. Stay tuned for more updates, and feel free to look around.
